These thick 1/4" foam donuts can ease the pressure exerted on sensitive ankle bones by stiff boot shells. The adhesive backed pads are super easy to apply. They work equally well in ski and snowboard boots.
- 1/4" thick soft medium density foam.

Tips & tricks:
The pads work best if attached to the outside of the boot liner, but the foam is soft enough the pads can be stuck inside of a boot without a removable liner. Make sure liner is dry and room temp before applying pads.
