Ski Boot Insole Shims (pr)

I have an injury that requires me to offweight part of my foot. These are great because it's super easy to cut out a relief and put it under my boot liner. They also add a surprising amount of stiffness for how thin they are. I have started using them in my bike shoes as well

I don't use these for ski boots. I have extremely sensitive, wide feet and have to pull out the insoles that come with any shoes I buy and either put in an orthotic insole or a comfort-style insole (for house shoes/slippers). I use the Insole Shims to tighten up the gap if the shoes feel loose.

I bought these to tighten up a pair of UGG Butte snow boots that were just a little too loose in the heel. They did exactly what I was hoping for. The extra space is gone and the boots now fit perfectly without feeling cramped. I went with the thinner of the two sizes, which was the right call. The thicker option seems like it would be better for boots that are way oversized, not just slightly loose. I also have to say the customer service at Tognar is fantastic. They were responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend both the product and the company.

I had movement in the boots. Put this over the original footbed and movement gone. Simple and works!

These sole shims are nicer than some others because of the wide range of size selection. Fit well in my boots and enabled me to continue to use and take up unneeded space in my too wide Scarpa touring boots.
