Our warehouse is located in Southern Oregon and our shipping rates are based on shipping quotes from USPS & Fedex.
If an item notes MUST SHIP VIA FEDEX please select this upon checkout or additional charges may be applied.
October - April all orders received before 11am (PST) are shipped that same day. May - September we ship within 24 hours on the next business day.
We ship all over the snowy world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations -ie. liquids and flammables.
It is our policy to declare the actual cost of goods on the customs form, as a company we strive to be honest and transparent with everyone we do business with and this includes the Postal Service.
The recipient of an international order is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
You may return new, unopened or defective items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. There are no returns on closeout items or special orders. Items used for other than their intended purpose cannot be returned eg. Industrial manufacturing use of Waxing irons.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please pack it securely (we can't be of help if your returned item doesn't make it back to us), include a copy of your sales slip or order #, and let us know if you want an exchange, credit or refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

USED BOXES & FOAM PEANUTS
If your order shows up in a used box stuffed with foam peanuts, don't be offended...we recycle newspaper, foam peanuts, shredded paper and cardboard boxes collected from other local businesses to help reduce unnecessary waste
If you don't find what you're looking for on our site we can usually make special orders from the manufacturer for you, just send us an email or give us a ring.
On rare occasions it's sometimes necessary for us to make an item substitution...but if you're not satisfied with it, you can return the item for a refund or credit.
