Product Description

BONTEX® insole products are MORI-FRESH® treated to resist bacteria, fungi and mold;
They are also light, flexible, durable, tough, versatile and can be used in any type of footwear.
Insert in between liner and shell to remove excess roominess in a boot.
Their hefty fiber composition provides additional insulation and they can be trimmed to fit any boot.
Two thicknesses are offered. 1/16" and 1/8".
Sold as pairs.

These insole shims worked perfectly and took up just the right amount of extra volume in my hiking shoes.

Well, these are just flat pieces of material intended to take up space in your shoe, boot, whatever, and they do. They're durable, don't crinkle when being installed and provide a sturdy base. It's kind of amazing how much space even the 1/16th size takes up.

Skied about 10 mornings with them and they helped fill my boots that really need new liners. Just got some new foot beds and now I'm good for the rest of the season.

What's to review?....these are moisture resistant fiberboard that are exactly right to take up excess space in the foot area of the boot. Ankle or heel loose?...use a different product. Foot loose?...use Bontex insoles.
Take up volume without impacting overall fit

I have very skinny, low-volume feet, and these shims work great for taking up some extra volume without lifting my heel or otherwise changing the fit of the uppers. I use them in my ski boots as well as hiking shoes and they work great.

These were really hard to find anywhere else. I needed them to fit a boot I bought on sale elsewhere. They worked perfectly. Tognar came through with fast shipping and a great price. I would shop here again!
