The Swix WC Ceramic Edge Finisher is used as the final step in the tuning process on racing skis or snowboards. The three fixed ceramic stone inserts contact just the very apex of the edge, removing any micro burrs and further honing the edge to be as sharp and smooth as possible. The tool body is a solid block of machined aluminum. It includes there ceramic stones (replacement stones available) and a small allen key if you need to replace or flip the stones to access fresh surface area. This is definitely a quality tool.

Tips and tricks:
The ceramic stones can easily be cleaned by using hot water and dish soap. Rub well with fingers. An eraser can be used to remove any metal residues.
