PLASTIC HOLE PLUGS
If you mount new bindings on old skis, use these plastic hole plugs to fill old binding screw holes you won't be reusing...it will help keep out water that can otherwise freeze, expand and possibly create rust and other structural damage. Just squirt in a dab of binding or similar waterproof glue, and tap one of these plugs in the empty hole. Trim off any protruding plug material with a chisel, and you're done. Available in black or white, and sold in bags of 20 plugs.

GRUB SCREWS
Here's some cheap insurance for your snowboard. Screw these nylon grubs in any empty snowboard mounting holes...they feature machine threads for easy installation to keep out water that can otherwise freeze, expand and possibly create rust and other structural damage. They're sold in bags of 10.

WOOD HOLE PLUGS
When a binding screw pulls clear out of a ski, the hole is stripped and needs repair. One of the cheapest and simplest solutions is to fill it with fast-setting epoxy and tap one of these wooden plugs in as far as is comfortable. Let it sit for 15 minutes or longer, then trim or chisel off any excess plug material that protrudes above the topskin. Now you can redrill the hole with a 3.6mm bit and reinstall the binding screw.

PLASTIC SCREW HOLE INSERTS
If you encounter a stripped-out ski binding screw hole, you have several repair options. You can mix up some epoxy and steel wool, and put it in the hole as you reinstall the screw...or you can redrill the hole with a 3.6mm drill bit, hammer in a wood plug (sold above), then redrill and reinstall the screw. If neither of these approaches work, then try these plastic inserts. You first drill out the screw hole using a 5/16" drill bit, then tap in one of these inserts before reinstalling the screw. Cheap, fast and easy. They don't have the holding power of helicoils (sold below), but are usually more than adequate if you only have one or two stripped screw holes per ski. These inserts are sold individually.

HELICOIL SCREW INSERT KITS
These kits are designed to repair badly stripped or ripped-out binding screw holes in skis. They utilize aluminum spiral inserts that you thread into the damaged screw holes after enlarging and tapping them. All necessary parts are included in the kit...including a drill bit, tap, handle, insert tool and 100 spiral inserts. You'll need to supply your own electric drill. Extra helicoil inserts are also available if you need more...they're available in bags of 100.

THREADLOCK
If you're installing snowboard or ski binding screws into metal machine-threaded inserts (or T-nuts), drip a little of this blue goo on the threads first. They lubricate the screw as you tighten it in, help keep moisture out, and keep threads from loosening after installation. Comes in a 2.5 ml squeeze bottle.

BINDING GLUE
Use this glue when installing binding screws on skis. It lubricates the threads when they're being cranked down, and seal the hole to make it waterproof. It is a non-toxic, flexible anaerobic (dries in the hole without air) vinyl that is compatible with ski and snowboard core materials. 3.3 ounce (100ml) bottle.

BINDING DRILL BITS
Made of tough high speed steel, these bits are ideal for mounting bindings. They fit any mounting jig, are a full 3" long, and will countersink the screw holes so you don't "bubble-up" the top ski surface when you tighten down the screw. The 3.6 x 9mm bit is best for most adult alpine skis; the 4.1 x 9mm bit is for metal laminate alpine skis or those with a metal or titanal mounting plate internally located in the ski; the 3.5 x 7mm bit is for junior alpine skis; and the 3.6 x 14.5mm bit is for adult nordic (x-c) skis.

SCREW TAP & HANDLE
Some skis are made with a metal sheet inside, or have a hard insert in the core so that you need to tap screw holes before mounting bindings. Use the #12 AB tap to thread these binding holes on skis with a hidden top metal sheet (common on GS race skis) or whenever recommended by the ski manufacturer.
Tap handles let you get a good grip on the tap and help insure that you thread it in straight.

CANT STRIPS
We offer plastic cant strips for your boot/ski alignment needs. Each cant strip is 2.25" (58mm) wide and 19.5" (50cm) long...sufficient for one binding plate (or toe and heelpiece). Always trim and drill the cant strip to match your plate or binding patterns, and make sure your binding screws are long enough to accommodate the extra cant thickness (especially on cants greater than 2 degrees). If not, check at your local ski shop for longer screws. Each degree of cant creates about 1.5mm of lift.
