      Others break and this is solid. Works forever. Highly recommend this for tightening your ski boot buckles.

      Too bad. I'm 72 and I really need something that works. The return process is not user friendly.

      Good product however is a little large to carry in your jacket pocket. Ideal if it was a little smaller

      I really like this product and find it to be very very helpful. Unfortunately, the smaller end of the tool broke the second or third time that I used it. It was not a complete break but, the material did crack all the way through. I'm not sure if this is common, or not. Perhaps a slightly stronger plastic is needed? The larger end continues to work just fine. Though I had problems with mine, I would definitely recommend this product to other people who have issues buckling their boots. Regards, Tim

      Great gadget - my wife struggles to close her boot buckles on her own - this tool works well & helped restore her independence. We bought two - one for home and another for road trips!!

      REALLY effective! I found it's chunky enough I have to use my other hand to keep the buckle from popping back up while I slide the tool out (but that's a function of short buckle arms.) it's strong, and gives great leverage. EXACTLY what was needed.

      My only critique is I wish it had a longer handle for more leverage. Otherwise I find it a great help.
