- When a binding screw pulls clear out of a ski, the hole is stripped and needs repair.
- One of the cheapest and simplest solutions is to fill it with fast-setting epoxy and tap one of these wooden plugs in as far as is comfortable.
- Let it sit for 15 minutes or longer, then trim or chisel off any excess plug material that protrudes above the topskin.
- Now you can redrill the hole with a 3.6mm bit and reinstall the binding screw.

I ordered two bags to ten plugs. Luckily I ordered more than I need because about four of the plugs were so badly formed that they are unusable.
