Using this for last few years here in Michigan. Just remember your skill level, condition of equipment, and wax finishing skills will make more of a difference in speed than just buying LF or HF wax. For just hitting the slopes on a daily basis this wax is great. I'll rub on a layer of Moly then drip and iron on the All in One. This wax is harder much like a cold temp wax so don't put too much on or try to scrape in cold temps. Always use a sharp scraper, copper brush, then a nylon brush. With shipping fees your still around $10 per 250g bar which is nice when keeping a lot of gear waxed all season.

I dunno, I'm not really a wax guy. I've raced and such, but I don't really get into "this wax vs that wax." I like that I can just use the same wax for all (or most) conditions. It goes on easy, and yeah it can be kind of annoying to scrape off - as another reviewer said, it feels brittle. I've learned to avoid this by putting less on - if you put just enough on to get the coverage you need, the layer you need to scrape off will be thinner, and won't seem as brittle or annoying to scrape. It's really the only wax I've used, but I like it.

I use this when I just don't know what to expect or conditions are so variable it isn't worth committing to anything specific, its cheap and skis great.

For the price, I don't think you could ask for a better product that works well in just about any condition that you find yourself in on the mountain.

We live in Minnesota and the conditions can vary from ice to Spring slush. A great deal of our snow is man made especially this year. This wax covers all the bases. It can be tough to work if you let it get too cold, like Toko blue or Swix 6. Although for the money it is a wonderful product, wears well and covers all the bases

Have used this wax for years. It is a fairly hard wax, which may have caused the cracking issues for the previous reviewer if put on very thick. The hardness enables the wax to hold up well, and doesn't usualy stick to skins when backcountry skiing. Not quite as wide of a temperature range as Hertel super hot sauce, but is also a little better price.

I've had this a couple of years and had no problems scraping it, or skiing on it. Works great.

I bought this wax since it was a good deal but it hasn't really worked for me. It's great as a storage wax but is very hard to scrap off. It seems to crack when scraping. I bought two packages of these and I still have 3 bars left. Not very excited about this wax.
