Product Description

 

  • We recommend wearing protective eyewear whenever rotobrushing. 
  • All brushes and control handle are 100mm in length, and are interchangeable with Toko & Red Creek rotobrushes and handles.
  • Swix Horsehair Rotobrush (T0016M)
  • Use for final polishing of any waxes, as well as 100% fluoro overlays.
  • Use back and forth with light pressure at 2500rpm, followed by two tip-to-tail finishing strokes
  • Swix Blue Nylon Rotobrush (T0017W)
  • Use after hot waxing and scraping to remove excess softer waxes (warmer snow conditions) from medium to coarse base structures.
  • Use back and forth with light pressure at 2500rpm, followed by two tip-to-tail finishing strokes
  • Swix Rotocork (T0018C)
  • Use instead of ironing to warm-in Cera F and other 100% fluoro overlays. 
  • Use with very light pressure at 1000 rpm.

 

  • Swix Steel Rotobrush (T0019S)
  • Use to clean out base structure prior to waxing.
  • Can also be used as a second brush following the 16M horsehair.
  • We recommend to deburr the steel lightly with sandpaper #100 before using it the first time on skis.

 

  • Swix Hard Roto Fleece (T0018FC)
  • For Cera F when -5°C and colder.
  • Apply the Cera powder to the base with a wax iron first.
  • The Roto-Fleece should be used a couple of times to get optimal performance.
  • Use separate Fleece brushes for each type of Cera F. 100 mm wide.

 

  • Swix Soft Roto Fleece (T0018F)
  • For Cera F when -5°C and warmer.
  • Apply the Cera powder to the base with a wax iron first.
  • The Roto-Fleece should be used a couple of times to get optimal performance.
  • Use separate Fleece brushes for each type of Cera F. 100 mm wide.
