Product Description

  • This is a super soft base prep wax with a very low melting point 230°F (110°C).  
  • Recommended as the first wax on all new skis to make the base accustomed to hot irons. 
  • BP99 is also recommended for use in Hot Boxes.
  • The temperature in the Hot Box should never be higher than 55°C/130°F. Higher temps than 55°C in the hot box can cause delamination of the base. 
  • Available in 180 gram (good for 15-18 hot wax applications) or 900 gram* (75-90 applications).
 
*900 gram box includes five 180g bars.

    If you don't have this in your wax kit, your kit is incomplete. This is the standard for new skis, cleaning skis, and transporting skis.
