Product Description
- As racers know, a polished steel edge is a fast edge.
- These ceramic stones are used after diamond or aluminum oxide stones to final polish and hone base and side edge surfaces.
- This helps reduce edge drag as well as unwanted rusting.
- They measure 5" x 1".
- Some world cup techs feel these stones cut better and last longer if used wet (dip 'em in a cup of water), and brushed clean with an old toothbrush about every 10 tune-ups with a vinegar and water solution (mixed in equal parts), or with a cleanser like Comet or Ajax.
- All stones include a leather sheath.
THREE OPTIONS AVAILABLE
- fine 600-grit stone,
- ultrafine 1200-grit stone
- Double Stuff stone with both grits...one on each side.
