BOOT FITTING PADS AND SHEETS

TONGUE PADS
No, don't use these puppies to check for sore tonsils...instead, stick 'em to the inside of boot tongues to add a bit of cushion to bone irregularities.
They're felt-covered for comfortable shin contact with a self-adhesive backing on the other side.
Approximate dimensions 2.5" at widest, 3" long 1/8" thick.
Color is white. If you are looking to take up alot of volume or reduce major shin-bang choose the thicker Eliminator Tounge Pads.
Sold as a pair.

NARROWING PADS
Do you have narrow feet? If so, these pads are designed to narrow the boot for a more secure fit.
Designed to go on the anterior (outside) of your foot.
They can be sanded and trimmed as necessary, and are self-adhesive to attach to the outside of your boot liner.
Sold as a pair, one left pad and one right pad. Enough for one pair of boots.

ANKLE WRAP PADS
Use this pad behind and around the ankle for snugging up the ankle area and creating a good heel pocket.
They are self-adhesive to attach to the outside of the boot liner and can be sanded and trimmed for a precise fit.
Sold as a pair.

ANKLE C-PADS 3/16"
These tapered pads snug up the fit around your ankle bone.
It's good for heel and ankle retention if the hindfoot is loose in a boot.
These pads are self-adhesive and are attached to the outside of the boot liner.
Designed to go on the anterior (outside) ankle.
Sold as a pair, one left and one right. Enough for one pair of boots.

ANKLE L-PADS
Use L-pads to fill the void between the Achilles tendon and ankle bone.
They provide better security and heel hold-down.
They are self-adhesive and can be sanded or trimmed to fit as necessary.
Attach them to the outside of the boot liner.
Sold as a pair. One right and one left. Will do one boot if you use a pad on each side of the achilles, or one pair if you just use them on one side of the achilles.

It's fine to have a web based vendor of this oddball stuff. Product was what they said it was and I got it on time. The product catalog you get with the order has lots of good tuning tips.
Stopped Heel lift in my snowboard boots

I had alot of heel lift in my snowboard boots. I ended up using two pairs of L Pads on top of each other on my left boot and three pairs on top of each other on my right. Almost completely stopped the heel lift.

The L pads are an affordable solution to heel lift. You may have to play around with them to see how they best fit your foot. I will need to order another pair though...for the inside ankles.

The L pads effectively reduced subtle heel lift on touring in both my AT boots and tele boots, that persisted despite excellent professional bootfitters. They are easy to use, and easy to readjust. I now can tour without blisters and precision on the down is improved

Definitely required for any skiier. Create a better pocket for your heel to eliminate any heel lift. Makes your skiing and skiis much more responsive....
